1. Introduction
Welcome to Encompass Life. These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) outline the expectations, responsibilities, and legal boundaries governing your relationship with Encompass Life, LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). This Agreement applies across all Encompass Life platforms, including encompasslife.com, how-to-wow.com, and encompass-u.com (collectively, the “Websites”).
PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. By using the Websites or participating in any program, session, or service, you signify your agreement to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Websites or participate in our programs. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
If you are under 18, you may participate only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
2. Scope of Services
Encompass Life provides transformational coaching, educational programs, leadership development, and live events—both virtual and in-person. Our offerings include, but are not limited to:
Online classes and digital programs
Workshops and facilitator trainings
In-person immersions and retreats
Private and group coaching
Leadership development intensives
Methods include the proprietary Quantum Leap Technique™ (QLT), conscious language work, spiritual coaching, and related modalities.
All services are designed to support personal and spiritual growth, emotional clarity, and alignment with truth and purpose. Encompass Life does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for any physical or mental health condition.
3. Fees & Payment
All programs, sessions, and courses are prepaid and processed through our official website: www.encompasslife.com. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, Zelle, wire transfer, and other payment processors integrated with our platforms.
All purchases are final and non-refundable; however, funds may be transferred to another individual or class with written notice, in accordance with the transfer schedules outlined in Section 6.
Missed sessions without at least 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of that session.
Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes will be marked as a missed session and will not be eligible for a transfer or refund.
4. Confidentiality
All information shared by the Client within the scope of coaching or training is held in strict confidentiality. Encompass Life honors and protects your privacy and will not share your information without consent, except where required by law.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Websites and within our programs—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, course content, PDFs, recordings, video content, frameworks, and the Quantum Leap Technique™—is the sole property of Encompass Life, LLC or its licensors. These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, taught, or used for commercial purposes without express written consent.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial license to access and use our Website content for your own use only. Any trademarks, service marks, logos, and trade names contained on our Websites are proprietary to Encompass Life or its licensors and may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent. Unauthorized use automatically terminates the license granted herein.
6. Communication Policy
Clients are welcome to contact the Encompass Life team via email or other agreed-upon methods between sessions for logistical or follow-up questions. Communications are monitored regularly, and responses will be provided in a timely and respectful manner.

7. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Transfer Policy
Our policy is designed to support your transformation journey with flexibility wherever possible. Rather than cash refunds, investments may be transferred to other classes or services of your choice, subject to the schedules below. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to support@encompasslife.com.
Body Electronics
Body Electronics requires coordination of teams of a specific size, as well as investments in coaching, supplements, food, and lodging. The following transfer schedule applies:
Canceling 30 or more days before the first session: 75% of investment transfers.
- Canceling fewer than 30 days before the first session: 50% of investment transfers.
- Cancellation after the virtual portion has begun: 30% of investment transfers.
Immersion & Live Presence Events (excluding Body Electronics)
Canceling 14 or more days before class begins: full investment transfers.
Canceling fewer than 14 days before class begins: 75% transfers.
Online Classes
Canceling before class has begun: full investment transfers.
Canceling after class has begun:
One-quarter or less of classes completed: 60% transfers.
One-quarter to one-half of classes completed: 40% transfers.
More than half of classes completed: no funds transfer.
Coaching Calls
Canceling with more than 48 hours’ notice: full investment transfers to next call.
Canceling with fewer than 24 hours’ notice: one grace cancellation is extended per client. After the grace cancellation, a $100 cancellation fee may apply.
Packages
Packages require upfront payment to access the package savings offered and are designed for those fully committed to living life at their highest potential. Since classes build upon one another, an additional investment may be required to cover coaching costs for participants who need to catch up. Packages are offered on classes taken sequentially.
Refunds are extended only in cases of genuine emergency. If a class is missed, attendance at a future session is available. When Body Electronics is included in a package, the following applies:
Canceling Body Electronics more than 30 days before class: 25% of BE retail price is due to reschedule.
Canceling Body Electronics fewer than 30 days before class: 50% of BE retail price is due to reschedule.
Canceling Body Electronics after the virtual portion has begun: 70% of BE retail price is due to reschedule.
Advanced Classes
Upfront payment is required. Advanced Classes are designed for those committed to leading, excelling, and developing as coaches. No refunds are extended for this class. In the event of an emergency, please contact an Encompass Life team member directly.
General Notes
If a class date is changed by Encompass Life, all attendees may transfer to the next available class or a later class of their choosing. Additional accommodations may be offered to account for any inconvenience.
In cases of genuine emergency, please contact our offices as early as possible to discuss special consideration. We are committed to finding a solution aligned with your needs.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Client agrees that Encompass Life is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in our services.
Results depend on each Client’s commitment and willingness to engage. Encompass Life makes no guarantees of outcome, and the Client holds full responsibility for their decisions and actions.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this Agreement will first be subject to good-faith mediation in the State of Florida. If mediation is unsuccessful, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
11. Agreement Acknowledgement
By purchasing or participating in any Encompass Life program, class, or session, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. Your continued participation affirms your understanding, integrity, and alignment with this Agreement.
