Welcome to Encompass Life. These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) outline the expectations, responsibilities, and legal boundaries that govern the relationship between you (“Client”) and Encompass Life, LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) prior to the purchase of any program, session, or service.
1. Scope of Services
Encompass Life provides transformational coaching, educational programs, and live events (both virtual and in-person). Our offerings include—but are not limited to—online classes, workshops, in-person retreats, private coaching, and facilitator trainings. Methods include the proprietary Quantum Leap Technique™ (QLT), spiritual coaching, and conscious language work. Add leadership development
All services are designed to support personal and spiritual growth, emotional clarity, and alignment with truth and purpose. We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for any physical or mental health condition.
2. Fees & Payment
All programs, sessions, and courses are prepaid and processed exclusively through our official website: www.encompasslife.com. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and other payment processors integrated with our site. Also Zelle, wire transfer etc
* All purchases are final and non-refundable, but may be transferred to another individual or class with written notice.
* Missed sessions without at least 24-hour notice may result in forfeiture of that session.
* Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes will be marked as a missed session and forfeited without refund.
3. Confidentiality
All information shared by the Client within the scope of coaching or training is held in strict confidentiality. We honor and protect your privacy and will never share your information without consent, except where required by law.
4. Intellectual Property
All materials provided through Encompass Life—including but not limited to course content, PDFs, recordings, video content, frameworks, and the Quantum Leap Technique™—are the sole property of Encompass Life, LLC.
These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, taught, or used for commercial purposes without expressed written consent.
5. Communication Policy
Clients are welcome to contact the Encompass Life team via email or other forms of agreed upon methods between sessions for logistical or follow-up questions. Communication is monitored regularly and responses will be offered in a timely and respectful manner.
6. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
* Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
* Sessions cancelled within this window may be rescheduled upon request.
* Missed sessions or cancellations with less than 24-hour notice are considered used and will not be rescheduled.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Client agrees that Encompass Life is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from participation in our services.
By engaging with our programs, you understand that results depend on your own commitment and willingness to engage. Encompass Life makes no guarantees of outcome, and the Client holds full responsibility for their decisions and actions.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this Agreement will first be subject to good-faith mediation in the State of Florida. If mediation is unsuccessful, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Agreement Acknowledgement
By purchasing or participating in any Encompass Life program, class, or session, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. Your continued participation affirms your understanding, integrity, and alignment with these agreements.
